Our maintenance services include helpdesk services that serve as an individual contact point with the customer and field services, providing emergency response and scheduled preventive maintenance services. We transfer refrigeration equipment or spare parts if required under the service agreement.
Our Help Desk provides customers with an update of the status of the communication or service requests and regular reports on actual performance based on the service contract. Our service agreement is flexible and can be tailored to meet different customer requirements
