We are specialized in providing technical support services to all areas of our work in Libya. The success of our clients with our success is our main goal is to ensure that their machines, equipment and systems are up to date and working as long as possible.
MAINTENANCE & SPARE PARTS
Our maintenance services include helpdesk services that serve as an individual contact point with the customer and field services, providing emergency response and scheduled preventive maintenance services. We transfer refrigeration equipment or spare parts if required under the service agreement.
FOLLOW-UP & REPORTS
Our Help Desk provides customers with an update of the status of the communication or service requests and regular reports on actual performance based on the service contract. Our service agreement is flexible and can be tailored to meet different customer requirements
